We adopt a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms (including room balconies!) and all public areas of the hotel.
Smoking is only allowed in front of the hotel and on the terrace of the Perla restaurant-bar at the park side of the hotel building.
All rates are quoted per room per night.
We accept Visa, Master and Maestro credit cards.
Due to the small capacity of the hotel and pronounced seasonality in Budva, we have a slightly stricter cancellation policy for the summer season. Guest can make Free of charge cancellation of reservations for the period from 15.06.-15.09. up to 45 days before the guest's arrival. In the rest of year the cancellation period for the guests is 15 days.

Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 14.00pm, however should you arrive early we are happy to store your luggage. Check out time is 11.00am, however we are happy to store your luggage for you on the day of departure.
We offer free onsite parking, however this is limited and is based on a first come first served basis. We have got CCTV in the garage and the gated entrance. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.
Loss or Damage
The Management reserves the right to charge in full for any items removed or damaged in the guest rooms or public areas.
In no circumstances is it permitted to leave a child in the building unaccompanied by an adult.
Pets are very welcome to our hotel (fees apply).
House Rules Respect
The hotel reserves the right to cancel hospitality during or before the guest's arrival for guests who do not respect the hotel's house rules or do not behave politely and courteously.
Hotel have the right to refuse service to anyone who is not behaving in an appropriate manner.
This includes guests who are using offensive language, engaging in disruptive behavior, using threats or otherwise making other guests and hotel staff feel uncomfortable.
If a guest is found to be acting inappropriately, they may be asked to leave the premises immediately and without refund of any fees paid. The hotel has right to cancel a reservation for any guest who does not comply with this rule before guest arrival.
