We adopt a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
All rates are quoted per room per night.
We accept Visa, Master and Maestro credit cards.
For Flexible bookings our cancellation policy is 12:00 noon, 14 days prior to the arrival date. The full amount of your stay will be charged if you cancel reservation in less than 14 days before arrival. For Non-Refundable bookings, payment will be taken at the time of booking and are non-refundable or transferable . Should you require any further information then please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 14.00pm, however should you arrive early we are happy to store your luggage. Check out time is 11.00am, however we are happy to store your luggage for you on the day of departure.
We offer free onsite parking, however this is limited and is based on a first come first served basis. We have got CCTV in the garage and the gated entrance. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk.
Loss or Damage
The Management reserves the right to charge in full for any items removed or damaged in the guest rooms or public areas.
In no circumstances is it permitted to leave a child in the building unaccompanied by an adult.
Pets are very welcome to our hotel (fees apply).
